This is the tart of my personal jorney to become healthier and fit. Not only for myself but for the sake of my family. I want to be around a little longer to enjoy them and see my children grow to be adults and make their way through life. Hopefully through my journey I can take them and some of you out there.
This has definitely been a rollercoaster ride for me and have quite frankly gotten fed up with the way things are and doing the same thing day in and day out. I am sure that there are a few if not more that are feeling the same thing.
I have struggled with my weight from an early age and as I have gotten older things have not really improved much. As we get older it get harder to get rid of and I am at that point that if I do not do something now it will be detrimental to my being able to acheive what I need to.
I am also a Home Health Nurse and have been doing it for a few years and as anyone might know you don't get much exercise when you drive from patent to patient home and by the time you get home you are so tired that you can't lift your finger much less a leg to do any exercise. So you can imagine that one starts to gain mor weight and less flexibility.
I would like to take you through my personal journey to become more healthy. Along the way I will share things that I find that may improve my life and maybe yours.
